Breath is actually prana or life force. Breath is
life itself. Prana is the energy of life. When we breathe oxygen and enter
through the nose or mouth, then the air which when outside the body is called
oxygen has turned into life energy for humans.
Breath also means something very soft that contains
a life force, feels, moves as desired
In essence, in the breath there is an energy that
is ordinary energy needed by the body or extraordinary energy that is often
processed and used by warriors.
In the process of breathing there are 3 stages,
namely breathing, holding the breath and expelling it.
And even for those who cultivate their breath for
deep energy there are also 3 respiratory sites, namely the chest, abdomen and
below the center.
Recitation is a lafadh to remember Allah, and
lafadh dhikr are various according to the tarekat studied.
Remembrance is also a lafadh to strengthen the soul
so that humans can feel zuq or delicacy as well as mastering bad traits to
always foster good qualities.
The breath that is processed with every process
included in remembrance, then traditionally will produce strength, this is all
with the permission of Allah.
Even if the breath with remembrance will produce
energy that is stronger than ordinary breath processing and this is as an
exercise for the swordsman Aswaja.
In the breath has light energy, because breath is a
source of light, when someone has died then when it is the light will disappear
from the body's end.
